After paying extra NI contribution the page was available but the latest years said they were being calculated. Now all I get is the ‘sorry…’ message and despite reporting the problem (twice!) I get no answer from the technical support team except an automated email saying I’ll get a reply within 2 working days. The first of these emails was over 3 weeks ago.

Hi,
Can you please login to Personal tax Account.
If you are still getting an error you should report via ‘get help with this page’ and include the reference you were previously given.
Thank you.

As I said, I have already reported the issue via the ‘get help with this page’ twice and included the reference given the first time. 1st auto email response received on 22nd June. Replied to this email ( as it says I can do) on 7th July but no response. Reported error again (including original reference) on 11th July and got new auto email with new reference. How many times do I have to report it?

I have had the same problem Sorry, there is a problem with the service - Try again later. I have been trying 'later' for a couple of months thinking is was just while NI payments made were updated. I reported it as an issue last week using the hyperlink "Is this page not working properly? (opens in new tab)" and received an email ack after a couple of days saying "There is a technical issue on your online account that needs fixing. We have assigned your query to the appropriate team who will reply as soon as possible. This can take up to 8-10 weeks" If an 8-10 week resolution for a technical issue is the norm HMRC need to engage with a better support company/team. That is ridiculous when it is a financial system. The inference is I just keep trying to access my data NI & pension data for the next 8-10 weeks and hope it is resolved or I report again in 10 weeks and have another 8-10 weeks to wait....very poor service and disappointing outcome.
