Retrieve National Insurance Number

Hello, I'm Irish, but lived and worked in the UK in 1990s, and again for about 9 months in 2013-2014. Since then I have lived elsewhere. I cannot remember my National Insurance number, and don't have any old documents with it. I would appreciate advice on how I can find it again. Thank you very much for your help with this.

If you are not able to access this then please complete and return our form CA5403 which you can find here:
Get your National Insurance number by post
