Can a car allowance be combined with salary payment to calculate the NMW?

Hi,
Some payments, or elements of a worker’s pay, made by an employer do not count towards minimum wage pay. This includes allowances and benefits in kind (except accommodation). For more information about what does not count as pay for minimum wage purpose, please see here:
