How can I submit FPS before the last submitted date in PAYE tools?

Hi there, I submitted the employee FPS for their payment on 6 June 2024 but I found I forgot to submit the payment for 6 May 2024. System do NOT allow the date before the last submitted date (6 June). How can I submit the missing FPS for 6 May 2024? Thanks a lot! Stan

Hi stan,
You have not mentioned which software provider you are using.
If it is HMRC's Basic PAYE Tools, you will need to speak with our Online Services helpdesk (0300 200 3600) regarding rolling the software back in order to submit the missed FPS.

If you are using a commercial software package, you will need to call them to discuss how to correct this.
