Hello, I have been paying my PAYE tax to HMRC with a 13 digits Acct office Ref No and my PAYE ref No but my personal online tax account shows no tax payments towards my PAYE income. My payments are currently sitting in an HMRC account for more than a month but don’t get allocated to my Personal account. Why is that?

Hi,

If you are making payments to your employer PAYE account and these are not being allocated to your real time iformation charges, you will need to contact our Employers team..

You refer to personal online tax account, we are not sure if you are referring to your personal tax account (PTA) as an individual or employee. If you have a personal tax query, please contact our personal tax team.
