SSL Certificate for Payroll Data Transfer

Hello, Can you advise if there is a way to receive notifications from HMRC prior to any SSL certifcate changes on the portal for submission of payroll data? We have previously experienced SSL certificate changes ahead of the planned expiry which can sometimes cause issues. Thanks
