Income not showing on HMRC app

I started my new job on 5/8/2024. I get paid weekly and I am sure I pay tax and NI according to my payslips. It has been more than a month but still I can’t see any income or tax showing on my HMRC app. I tried to call HMRC many times unfortunately no one picked the phones up.

The notification of employment can take 5 weeks to update on our systems. At the time you wrote the question, the 5 week timescale had not yet passed. Is this now updated on your PTA?  Thank you .
