I have missed several FPS due to having no internet. Unfortunately, I submitted FPS once internet restored but it has stacked up the PAYE for the missing weeks leaving staff unable to claim benefits due to HMRC saying they have received too much pay. I then submitted a further FPS the next week as I didn't realise the problem the previous week's submission would cause so unable to send adjustment. HMRC and Sage are not offering any assistance - just bounce from one to another. Any help would be appreciated.
