Tax-free childcare - miscalculated my net taxable income.

Hello, I could not find a more appropriate sub for this question, so apologies if I am in the wrong location - I have miscalculated my net taxable income. This disqualifies me from tax-free childcare. I felt a bit like I was going in circles online trying to find what avenue to take to report this issue, who do I need to contact to own up to this?
