take too long time and be unable to send payroll submission

I use Basic PAYE Tools. I have tried serveral times to submit payroll submission. It seemed take long time for loading and finally unable to submit. Is there any technique problem? I will try to submit again before 5th Feb, hope it will be susccessful.
