Hi there, I have set up direct debit and was meant to go out yesterday - it hasnt gone out and now im being charged interest on a payment that your system failed to take. I would like the interest cancelled and also £100 tax credit for my time trying to figure out what on earth is going on. Gareth

Your not the only one. His has happened to me as well. Must be something wrong with their system. John
