Overseas short term work tax implication

I am a British Citizen working in the UK for a Multinational company. Is there any tax implication for me and my employer if I work in India remotely for a short period (say 1 to 2 weeks) to take care of family emergencies? I will not be earning any income in India during that period and all my income will be paid in the UK and income tax & NI deducted from my payslip in the UK.
