Hi If an employer pays for the Visa and IHF fees for an overseas employee to bring him into UK. What are the tax implications? How much an employer can claim for corporation taxes and is this taxable benefit for the employee for NIC and tax and is this subject to relocation expenses threshold of 8k?

Hi,
If it is required to allow them to work then it may be covered under the relocation expenses as long as it meets the criteria.
As for your corporation tax query you would need to speak to that department.
Please visit :Corporation Tax: general enquiries.
Thank you.
