Hi,
If you intend to leave the UK but have not yet left, you must print and post your P85.
You can tell HMRC that you’ve left the UK and want to claim back tax from your UK employment here:
Get your Income Tax right if you're leaving the UK (P85)
Thank you

Hi,
You are liable to pay National Insurance contributions whilst living and working in the UK, and no refund would be due based on the fact that you are now leaving the UK.
Thank you.

I started working full time from Sept 2021. I am leaving the UK in December 2024. Question: can I claim tax refund for 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 all together? If not, should I apply for separately for each year 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025? Also can we get tax refund or the GST paid on gadgets purchased like laptop, I Pad and phone.
