We need HMRC to correct a mistake

Dear Sir/Madam, We paid full amounts of PAYE&NI for 6 Feb to 5 Mar (Month11 of 2022 to 2023) but HMRC's website showed we owed some money. The thing resulted from that we paid PAYE&NI through WorldFirst and HMRC said they couldn't see our reference though we actually did fill it in. We have tried to call HMRC about two months ago and they promised to correct it. Well, they did correct it, in part. There is now still a £65 shown on the website as "owed" (marked as "Student and Postgraduate Loan Deductions"). Could anybody help us correct it? We can provide our reference and bank statement to prove we paid full amounts if you need. Thank you in advance.
