Basic Tools, error when selecting NO for final payment to Director this year, NI incorrect

I'm selecting no on this, but it's coming up with info on YES "You have indicated that this is the last payment you expect to make to this director in the current tax year. An annual or pro-rata annual earnings period will be applied." The next page correctly shows 'Last payment to Director: NO', but the NI payment calculated is lower than normal, as expected on the final payment. I still have a final payment to make for this Director next week, will the NI be incorrect if i process this weeks 'incorrect' entry?
