Good afternoon. I was a UK resident between 1992 - 2012 (I then moved to Gibraltar). Could I now be employed by a UK company (whilst being a full time resident in Gibraltar (who has a double taxation agreement with the UK)), be on their UK payroll, and have an NT tax code, (so I would not pay any UK and declare/pay tax in Gibraltar)? IIRC I filled in form P85 when I left the UK in 2012. Thank you.
