Dear HMRC I am in discussions with my childcare voucher provider over the refund of unused childcare vouchers. 1. Can you please send a link to the HMRC policy guidance? 2. Is there an independent or government led review process / body who mediate in cases of dispute? Kind Regards Marlon Persaud
