Hi all so had a bit of a scary issue today 22nd August 2024. I worked for 3 years or so and I use HRMC app near pay day to see how much pay I’ll be getting and what tax and NI will come off per month. Now I got paid end of July and this morning I wanted to check to see if it was put up how much I was going to get now I seen it said July still thought okay might get it later after 4pm. So I goes in and checks my account and up comes this message “Current employment income Our records show you have no current employments.” Eh WHAT I have so been working. Contacted customer services on messenger who was like app is working really sorry no issues have been reported and I’m like right. Now I’m concerned one I’ll not be paid for the work I have done but two what on gods earth has occurred as even when I log in on HMRC on my computer it says the same thing. I have been working with this company for 3 years so. I really don’t know what on earth to do. I have emailed my work finance team.

If you have been advised there are no reported issues with the app, this may mean there is an issue on your employers end.
We are unable to check personal records via the forum. You would need to contact HMRC directly to enable us to look into this for you.
