PSA - Number of employees in each tax banding

Afternoon, Looking for what approaches companies are taking in completing the PSA this year when its asking for number of employees in each tax banding? I have just found this is a new requirement when completeing through the gateway

You need to speak with the Compliance Officer responsible for your PSA for clarification on the correct approach to take.
