Payment after P45 issued

A payment was made to an ex-employee after they had left and P45 issued to correct a salry shortfall. EE is asking for P45 to be reissued to cover this amount. Is this possible? Thank you.

You cannot reissue a P45 however you can write them a letter with the new information .
