Changing PAYE software

I’ve been forced to change software and now when I try to submit I’m told that “you have not been requested to file this submission type” after checking everything I’m at a loss. Help?

If you are using HMRC PAYE Basic Tools please call our On Line Services Helpdesk on the number provided in this link: Technical support with HMRC online services for assistance. If you are using 3rd party software please contact the provider.
