Member of staff who WFH in France, is PAYE for UK company and had died

A member of staff has unfortunately passed away. She is a UK citizen but has residency in France. She works for a UK company remotely and is PAYE. Her death has been registered in France. Her husband wants to inform HMRC but there does not seem to be a process for this on line. The "Tell Us Once" service is not applicable as this is only for people living in the UK. What should he do?
