Hi, Until recently, I was a director of a CIC. I was not an employee: there was no employment contract. I received a small amount for attending a monthly board meeting. This went through the CIC's RTI PAYE and I received the amount net. 1) Having resigned, does the CIC follow the same RTI PAYE process company-officer-only as when an employee leaves? 2) Should I receive a P45? This would summarise what I've received this year given I won't be getting a P60 later. Thanks, Lou.

Hi ,

Yes you are still regarded as an employee of the business and you will follow the same process

when you leave the business ie p45 etc.

Thank you .
