Resignation of company officer, not employee, and P45

Hi, Until recently, I was a director of a CIC. I was not an employee: there was no employment contract. I received a small amount for attending a monthly board meeting. This went through the CIC's RTI PAYE and I received the amount net. 1) Having resigned, does the CIC follow the same RTI PAYE process company-officer-only as when an employee leaves? 2) Should I receive a P45? This would summarise what I've received this year given I won't be getting a P60 later. Thanks, Lou.

Yes you are still regarded as an employee of the business and you will follow the same process when you leave the business ie p45 etc. Thank you .
