Hello, When I click "Outstanding submissions (1)" I get the following message: "A server error occurred. Please contact the administrator." Is that something temporary? I checked and I have the latest version of the software. When I go to Help I see the only option to call the number so I thought I check here first. Thanks. Best, Tomas

Hi Tomas Loucky,
We assume this is regarding the Basic PAYE tools software.
If so then yes, contact to the helpdesk would be required for some checks to be made and a case raised for investigation of the issue.
