I have a company which is registered in UK (NI). Some of the employees work some days in ROI. Revenue Commissioners in ROI are telling me that I need to pay Prem (ROI equivalent of PAYE) on the employees wages for the days that they work in ROI. UK and ROI have Double Tax Treaty . I have already paid PAYE on the wages in the UK but now I am having to pay more PAYE to Revenue Commissioners. How do I go about getting credit in UK for the extra tax that I am not having to pay in ROI as I understand that under Double Tax Treaty we should not have to pay tax twice on the same wages. Thanks
