Hello, From April 2024 we will have a change to SPP allowing fathers to take leave within 52 weeks in non-consecutive blocks of one or two weeks. That change will apply in England, Scotland, and Wales but not in Northern Ireland. How can we identify if the new rules should apply or not? Do we say that Northern Ireland rules apply if the company address is based in N. Ireland, or do we look at employee address? What if the company is based in Northern Ireland but the employee lives in England or the other way around? I appreciate some clarification on this subject.
