Issues since update & back up failed

Hi, I've had issues since the latest update, the new version just loads as a blank white page. After uninstalling the program and reinstalling it I have found the only way it will open without it being a blank screen is in assistive mode. I had back ups on a usb stick so I didn't think this would be a problem to restore the data however when I tried to do this the usb failed and the only back up I have goes back to June 2019. Is there anyway I can get a more upto date database rather than having to re-enter 6 years worth of data? Please help
