How to report No salary but pension in Basic paye tools software

Hi - Please can you help with this query: - we have fallen on hard times and unfortunately we cannot draw a salary but would still like to keep up our pension payments. We use Basic PAYE Tools software. The software is not allowing us to enter '0' for salary and our pension amount. How do I get around this as I feel we still need to submit this to HMRC every month? Ps. We are directors of a Ltd co.

Hi Bron,
If the pension payment is linked as a percentage to your salary this may be why its not allowing you to.
You may need to speak to the pension provider for advice.
