Hello, I am a knitting pattern designer and my designs are available online for purchase internationally. The way I work is that I am commissioned by a company to design a pattern and receive royalties each quarter based on the sales from their website — these companies are mainly based in the USA and pay me via Paypal. When I receive the funds they are already in GBP. Is this classed as foreign income? I also receive income directly from customers internationally who buy my patterns from me online. These funds come to me via Paypal in their native currency. I assume this is classed as foreign income? Thank you.
