Dear HMRC Team I have lost my old phone and cannot access the Authenticator App I used to generate access codes. When trying to log into the web service, after selecting the option 'Change how I get my access code', I get a screen telling me to 'Call the online services helpline'. When I call the helpline and select an option `I lost my phone', it tells me to change how I get my access codes online. Could you advise how I could break this loop and get a new phone set up?
