Hi, I will be moving residence later in the year and to apply for a travel card for my disability I need to prove my residence with a letter from HMRC. Will I be able to request a letter in order to do this when the time comes?

Hi ameliewayte,
A certificate of residence is only applicable when the benefits of double taxation are being claimed.
A travel card does not fall under this and you will therefore need to ask the authorities which other form of proof is required.
Thank you.
