Fixed-Rate Cash ISA

Hello, I have a few questions about the ISA. 1.) Will the amount of money in current Cash ISA account flushed back to the account I deposit from immediately after its mature? 2.) If no, when I want to do the transfer from the mature ISA into a new Cash ISA, will it count for the 20K limit again? Or if its within the Cash ISA type of account it will not consume any of the 20K deposit limit within one tax year? 3.) Can I deposit more than 20K in one bank for Cash ISA? 4.) Can i apply more than one Cash ISA account in one tax year? thanks.
