2023-24 tax still not calculated and its the end of October!

May I ask why my tax is still not calculated. My online account isn't showing any information regarding this and telephone calls take so long to get through to anyone.

@NEWNAV I have exactly the same issue, first said wait until October for tax to be calculated, and now it's November and still nothing done. So the question becomes is this a systematic problem? Are HMRC's new systems of working more efficiently just as bad as the old systems that didn't work, but meant they could fob everyone off for another year. So when can taxpayers expect to see their total tax burden for 2023-2024 or if they are due a refund?
