I am holding a British citizen passport which comes from my father, but I am not born in UK and have never lived in the UK. I used to live, work and pay tax in Australia. My wife and children are currently studying and living in UK. I have some questions below, please clarify. 1) What is the maximum length I can stay in UK with my wife and children so that I won’t be a tax citizen in the UK? 2) Is there any amount limit that I can transfer money to my wife and children which will not be taxed by UK?
