Good afternoon! For over two years, I’ve been grappling with these issues, despite making multiple calls to HMRC. Unfortunately, nobody has actually resolved anything. Instead, they deleted my account. Recently, I set up a new account, only to encounter the same MCI issue. It’s absolutely ridiculous—I’ve been unable to close my financial records for the past two years. Any advise where I can officially complain? Thank you

It's been more than a month that I contacted hMRC to fix the MCI error. I was told that HMRC is reconciling the taxes and that's the reason I am seeing MCI ERROR on my account so I need to wait. When I called them yesterday, they just kept putting me to speak to some other department, and this kept happening throughout the day without any solution. can someone help and redirect me to the correct team or atleast tell me for how long do I need to wait to get this issue fixed? This is a really bad experience !!
