CERFA 5000 signed by HMRC

Hello, I am a British fiscal resident and will be working for France, which exempts me from paying taxes there. In January, I submitted my CERFA 5000 documents to HMRC for signing, but I have yet to receive them back or see any confirmation of receipt online. Could you please confirm if there is a backlog or provide an update on when I can expect to receive them? I have been asked to submit them as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and assistance.
