HMRC Due to Pay tax refund to PPI Agent

I have received 4 emails covering 22/23 21/22 20/21 19/20 showing I am due a tax refund which will be paid in the next 14 days to I believe an agent "NATIONWIDE PPI ADVICE" to my knowledge I have never personally been involved with theme although a PPI claim made b my wife was split between us due to a joint account. I have not given them permission to claim for the over paid tax & others seem to have not been paid by them although they have taken money from HMRC. How do I stop payment to NATIONWIDE and arrange to be paid directly?
