Double taxation Spain

Hi my wife and I submitted the Spain-DT individual forms in July and these were received 25/7/2023 as confirmed by Royal Mail and our online tax accounts, since then we have heard nothing. I have tried phoning but gave up after an hour on hold, webchat is a computer that does not understand the words double taxation, I tried Twitter and was told I would be called but nothing has happened. We now know of people sending forms in during November and the cases being resolved last week. Can you let me know when we are likely to hear something about this please. Thanks

We do have a backlog and cannot give a definite date for this.
If you use webchat again and mention 'adviser' at the start, that will put you through to a human for the claim to be escalated.
