Hello, I have a question about ISA transfers please (specifically stocks and shares ISAs but I don't think it matters here). I understand that you can only subscribe to one type of ISA in any given tax year, however you can transfer your ISA (in full, if you've paid into it in the same tax year that you are transferring it) to a new provider. Does that not mean, that if you then go ahead and transfer the ISA, in full, to a new provider and then start paying into it with that new provider in the same tax year it was transferred, that you have subscribed (and paid into) two ISAs with two different ISA providers in the same tax year? Thank you.
