Hi, I used to be a student in London during with I used to work a couple of shifts from Stint as well as at a bar. Since October, I've been working full time after declaring that I have a second job and I got 626T as my tax code. However, I was heavily taxed at my main job and was only earning around £300 at the bar job. On informing this, I got some tax returned the next month. I have now stopped the second job and wish to pay no excess tax. How should I go about it? Will HMRC tally all the incomes till date and let me know if I need to pay anything more or if I can get any refunds? Thanks in advance

Hi,
There may now be unused allowances as a result of you leaving your secondary employment.
To allow us to transfer these allowances, as well as review your overall pay and tax for the year so far, and calculate any refunds due, please contact us by webchat or phone:
