If you are a housewife and don't have any income, live on partners income, what is the maximum you can earn in interest on your cash savings before it is taxable.

As a housewife, I have transferred my marriage allowance to my partner and have no income or PAYE. When I checked the link, it stated £5000 tax free. Could you please clarify.
