HMRC shows that I have no current employment

Hello, I've noticed that my HMRC account no longer shows my current employment record as of this week. This is concerning, and I’m unsure what steps I should take to resolve this issue. I have asked my employer and they replied me that it shouldn't be their issue as there's no change in my employment or income tax. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
