Haven't received my back-dated Working from Home Tax Relief

Hello. I have been working from home since February of this year. I put the request in to change my tax code on the 21st August which has happened. However, I haven't heard or received anything regarding my back-dated tax relief. Could you let me know a rough timescale of when this will be dealt with please? Kind regards.
