Incorrect tax code

Hi, I cannot get through to HMRC for the life of me, been on hold for hours. Im on the incorrect tax code, I'm assuming as I've changed jobs recently and I'm also being emergency taxed. I cannot change any of this online and cannot get a hold of someone. Anyone know anything else I can do? Thanks
