Bank transfer instead of cheque

Hi. As I no longer live in UK I asked that my refund cheque to be sent at my address in Romania. The refund is due since August. The first cheque never arrived so I contacted HMRC to get a replacement one. It's been more than a month now and didn't receive it yet. Can I ask for a bank transfer or possibly to cash it online from the HMRC app? Just to let you know I have a UK bank account. Thank you

If you have not yet received the replacement cheque then you would need to contact HMRC to review options to reissue.
