isa opening versus subscription

hi i have opened a new stocks and shares isa this tax year. but the provider is not offering me the fund i want to invest in. i have not funded this stocks and shares isa and will not fund it going forward also. can i open a new isa with another provider and fund this one instead please. thanks.

If you have not invested in the isa you can invest in another one.
