I have changed the job in Feb 2022. From my current employer, I've received P60 around April 2024 for 2022-23 tax year. I haven't received P800 calculator or any other letter related to tax refund. Based on P60, I should get a tax refund. I tried HMRC app as well. But it says we have not calculated your tax. Can you please let me know by when I can expect the tax refund?

I tried to call -03002003300 HMRC number. I waited 45 min to connect to HMRC representative. Then luckly I got connected but the representative told me that I am an expat so there is a seperate number for expats- 03003229424. I called the expats number, waited on the call again almost 45 min but no one picked up the call. I tried to use virtual assistant but did not get any proper response. I am struggling to understand from many days how to reach to HMRC. Should I send a paper letter to HMRC? Please let me know how to get the response. Thanks.
