I am a non uk resident for tax purposes. I have accidentally opened a SIPP under the belief that you can contribute into it for 5 years after becoming non resident for tax purposes (but have since learnt that that only applies to being able to contribute to a SIPP that's already open); but not open a new one. I opened it more than 30 days ago. I have added 2880 into it and received the basic tax relief of 20% into the account totalling it 3600. How can I rectify this situation.
