Marrage Allowance Claim Rejected - Wrong Version of Form Used

We have submitted a marriage allowance claim for 2024-25 and previous years, but we've received a letter saying the claim has been rejected because the wrong version of the form was used. We downloaded, printed, and completed the MATCF form from the gov.co.uk website and sent it via post. The letter says we should have used the MATCF form, which is the same form as we used. The letter says the version of the form was changed on the 26th of February 2024, however the form used has "10/23" on the footer.
